MY CLASSES
PILATES BARRE FUSION
Pilates Barre fusion is a blend of Classical Barre (ballet) moves mixed with Pilates Mat work. we will focus on small, pulsing movements with emphasis on form, alignment and core engagement during the Barre portion of class. Our mat portion of class will focus on the powerhouse. We will work on alignment, breathing, developing a strong core and improving coordination and balance.
PILATES SCULPT
Pilates sculpt takes traditional Contrology exercises and adds props as well as modifications for all levels. We will focus on connecting the mind and body through breath, while strengthening the core and working on balance. We will use controlled movements to gain strength and flexibility.
PILATES EXPRESS
Pilates express is a mix of cardio, barre pulses and mat core strength. This shorter upbeat workout blends it all together in a fun, fast paced class. We will listen to great music and sweat it out.
